Officer/ Junior Office- Bulk & FG Store

Role Overview
The Bulk & Finished Goods Store Officer is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of bulk materials and finished goods. The role ensures accurate stock levels, timely material availability, and compliance with company standards using ERP systems such as SAP and JDE (JD Edwards).Key Responsibilities1. Material Handling & Store OperationsReceive, inspect, and verify bulk raw materials and finished goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.Ensure proper storage following FIFO/FEFO and safety guidelines.Handle loading and unloading activities in coordination with logistics and production teams.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area..2. Inventory ManagementPerform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.Monitor stock levels and raise alerts for shortages or slow-moving items.Conduct cycle counting and support annual physical inventory audits.Ensure accurate binning, labeling, and segregation of materials.3. ERP Operations (SAP / JDE)Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Goods Issue (GI) entries.Post stock transfers, consumption entries, and adjustments in SAP/JDE.Generate inventory, stock movement, and aging reports.Maintain master data accuracy and transaction compliance.4. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain all store-related records as per SOPs and audit requirements.Ensure proper documentation for dispatches and interdepartmental transfers.Comply with safety, quality, and GMP guidelines where applicable.5. CoordinationCoordinate with procurement, production, quality assurance, and logistics teams.Support dispatch activities and ensure timely availability of finished goods for shipment.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Diploma/Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.Experience: 2–3 years in warehouse/store operations (Bulk & FG preferred).ERP Skills: Working knowledge of SAP MM/WM modules and/or JDE warehouse functions.Basic knowledge of stock management, warehouse documentation, and logistics.Good communication, record-keeping, and analytical skills.Ability to operate forklifts/material handling equipment.
