1. Completingjoining formalities & issuance of theappointment order, ID card for the new joiners etc. 2. Managing attendance of staff, Sevadhar of all staff and sevadhar in SSB. 3. Responsible for delivering the goals and objectives of themanagement (HP Operations team) to all the employees. 4. Responsible for welfare & Safety of the employees. 5. Closing attendance in the time office/HRMS of the employees of all nurseries on a day to basis. 6. Organizing orientation/Induction for the new joiners. 7. Taking part in manpower planning with the operations team and taking part in other General meetings wherever HP team inputs required 8. Handling Queries/grievances from employees related to Salary & other aspects. 9. Coordinating with the recruitment team during interviews and making offers to the selected candidates. 10. Responsible for performance management of the employees and avoid absenteeism/employee turnover ratio. 11. Responsible for maintaining pre and post joining employee documents accurately (entire employee file) from joining till exit. 12. Responsible for timely issuance of Appointment letters & all other letters of the HP Team. 13. Providing support to the HP Operations team for Maintenance of files, Audit of personal files, confirmations and final settlements. 14. Coordinating for processing Loans/Advances and other HP procedures with the HP Ops team. 15. Need to generate salary and statutory reports on a need basis and other report reports required from the operations team. 16. Completing Exit formalities for the left employees. 17. Act as a central point of reference for internal and external queries, ensuring that messages are recorded and reported on in a timely manner, including contact with staff and Department Admins/Leads for any queries/grievances.
