About the Role:
ReCorporate-We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager with 2–3 years of management experience in banking, wealth management, IT, or finance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting leadership teams, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Oversee administrative staff and provide guidance to support team productivity.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, IT, HR, and operations) to streamline processes.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and office resources to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Support senior management with reporting, scheduling, and project coordination.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and compliance standards relevant to financial and IT environments.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role.
  • Background in banking, wealth management, IT, or finance is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
