Job Description: Office Manager – ReCorporate India (Dwarka Sector 8 Branch)

We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Office Manager to manage the daily operations of our Dwarka Sector 8 branch. This person will act as the backbone of the office—handling team coordination, client servicing, office discipline, and administrative duties.

This is not just a desk job — the Office Manager will be actively involved in managing people, resolving client issues, coordinating with other departments, and making sure the branch runs efficiently every single day.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Supervise the entire branch team — front desk, tele callers, field executives, and office support staff.
  • Ensure daily attendance, discipline, and team coordination.
  • Conduct basic team meetings, assign responsibilities, and ensure follow-ups.

Client Handling:

  • Welcome and manage walk-in clients, ensuring a professional experience.
  • Track appointments, coordinate with sales/consultants, and support after-sales services.

Office Administration:

  • Maintain office files, documentation, and client records.
  • Manage office supplies, petty cash, and basic facility issues (cleaning, IT, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the Head Office and Dubai team for regular reporting and updates.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on staff performance, leads, and operations.
  • Ensure internal SOPs and compliance processes are being followed.
  • Act as the go-to person for any issue or escalation within the branch.

HR Support (Branch Level):

  • Help with onboarding of new team members.
  • Track leaves, late arrivals, and share HR-related updates with management.

  • Has basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Can work independently and is solution-focused

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: business or administration)
  • Minimum 3 years of office management or admin experience
  • Experience in customer-facing or service-based companies is a plus

Job Details:

  • Location: Dwarka Sector 8, New Delhi
  • Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
  • Salary: Based on experience (plus performance bonuses)
  • Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred
