Job Summary:
Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.He/Sheis responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation. About The Role ::
organizing meetings and managing databases. booking transport and accommodation. organizing company events or conferences.ordering stationery and furniture. dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries. preparing letters, presentations, and reports. supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff. managing office budgets. liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients. implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems. delegating tasks to junior employees. organizing induction programs for new employees. ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date. using a range of software packages. attending meetings with senior management. Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity. Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations. Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels. Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts. Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
