About Us:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations at our Faridabad office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.

- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence.

- Prepare and process bills, invoices, and payment reminders.

- Coordinate product sampling and ensure timely dispatch to clients.

- Interact with customers and vendors professionally via phone, email, and in person.

- Process purchase orders and maintain related documentation.

- Welcome and meet clients visiting the office, ensuring a professional experience.

- Maintain records of orders, payments, and follow-ups.

- Support the management team with administrative tasks and special projects.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in office administration, client servicing, or coordination (experience in textiles or manufacturing is an advantage).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting/billing software.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.

- Must be able to commute daily to our Faridabad office.

Work Schedule:

- Full-time, Monday to Saturday

- Office-based role (no remote option)
