We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations at our Faridabad office. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow. Handle incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence. Prepare and process bills, invoices, and payment reminders. Coordinate product sampling and ensure timely dispatch to clients. Interact with customers and vendors professionally via phone, email, and in person. Process purchase orders and maintain related documentation. Welcome and meet clients visiting the office, ensuring a professional experience. Maintain records of orders, payments, and follow-ups. Support the management team with administrative tasks and special projects. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in office administration, client servicing, or coordination (experience in textiles or manufacturing is an advantage). Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting/billing software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines. Professional, organized, and detail-oriented. Must be able to commute daily to our Faridabad office. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday; Office-based role (no remote option)
