Office Coordinator

We are a leading solar engineering and services company, working in Operations & Maintenance, Installation, and Projects. Our teams include field workers and supervisors who manage site-level work. We are looking for a female office coordinator who can collect daily work updates, prepare reports, and support management in monitoring operations. Key Responsibilities Daily Work Tracking Call and follow-up with site supervisors/workers to collect daily updates. Confirm attendance and work progress from each team. Track delays, issues, and report them to management. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports in Excel/Google Sheets. Maintain records of attendance, site progress, and complaints. Share daily summary with management through email/WhatsApp. Coordination & Communication Act as a link between field teams and office management. Communicate politely but firmly to ensure timely reporting. Coordinate with clients/vendors when required for follow-ups. Administrative Support Organize and maintain office files/documents. Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing basic reports. Requirements Education: Graduate (any stream, Commerce/Arts preferred). Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / Word. Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English). Confident in calling and following up with workers/supervisors. Personality: Polite, disciplined, and detail-oriented. Firm attitude to ensure reporting is completed daily. Long-term career mindset. Preferred Qualities Previous experience in office coordination / MIS / reporting roles. Local candidate from Jaipur (near Kankpura / Sirsi Road) for easy commute. Ability to learn and adapt to new systems (ERP / CRM / Apps). Benefits Fixed salary (as per experience).
