Internship – Office Assistant (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated intern who can assist with office management, product/vendor research, HR support, and day-to-day operational tasks. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on professional experience while working from our workplace in South Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and edit

    PowerPoint presentations

    for meetings and projects.
  • Work on

    Excel spreadsheets

    for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Prepare

    catalogs and product sheets

    for internal and external use.
  • Upload and manage product listings on the

    GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal

    .
  • Conduct

    product/market research

    and maintain organized records.
  • Carry out

    data entry tasks

    across multiple formats.
  • Assist with

    recruitment tasks

    – sourcing candidates, shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Support

    vendor sourcing

    and coordination (finding products, suppliers, quotations).
  • Design simple graphics and decks using

    Canva

    .
  • Assist with

    basic accounts

    (record keeping, expense tracking, invoices).
  • Manage general

    computer work

    – drafting emails, formatting documents, file organization.
  • Support the team with

    miscellaneous office and admin tasks

    as required.
Requirements
  • Must be willing to

    work from our office in Peddar Road, South Mumbai

    (this is not a remote role).
  • Strong skills in

    MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Canva

    or other design tools.
  • Basic understanding of

    accounts/finance entries

    .
  • Experience/interest in

    data entry, product/vendor research, and GeM portal uploads

  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.
