Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable

Office Assistant

to support the smooth functioning of day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling a variety of clerical tasks with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in routine office tasks such as filing, photocopying, printing, scanning, and documentation.
  • Support faculty and department heads with administrative requirements.
  • Manage and maintain departmental records (both physical and digital).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Coordinate internal communication and assist in scheduling meetings or appointments.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned office area.
  • Liaise with students, faculty, and visitors to provide basic guidance or information.
  • Deliver and collect documents across departments as required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting authority.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum qualification:Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (preferably in an academic institution).
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications – MS Office (Word, Excel), email, and document management.
  • Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Courteous, professional, and trustworthy demeanor.
