Job Description: Admin cum Back Office ManagementCompany: La Saveur French Bakers Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur We are seeking a proactive and meticulous individual to handle the administrative and back-office operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth internal functioning and administrative efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Financial & Inventory Management: Manage daily cash reconciliation, sales reports, and inventory for baked goods and raw materials. Supplier Coordination: Communicate with vendors to place orders, track deliveries, and manage stock levels. Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee information. Operational Support: Assist with staff scheduling, payroll documentation, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards. Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative duties to support overall business operations. Required Skills: Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and POS (Point of Sale) systems. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
