Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead a team and develop sales strategies to generate leads for business
  • Develop Business with Automobiles, whitegoods, and Industrial companies.
  • Develop sale channels for Relays and HV DC contactors in India and abroad.
  • Interact closely with Engineering and Application Support team to understand new programs and technologies.
  • Propose value proposition to customers and manage product costing
  • Generate RFQ, Quotations and Negotiations.
  • Arrange sample trials and product validation by customers
  • Understand and work experience in ERP environment.
  • Build strong relationship at all levels with customer.
  • Supervise order execution and meeting of customer delivery expectations
  • Supervise payments timely.
  • Production planning and Inventory management skills.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualified Engineer (B.Tech/BE), MBA Marketing/ Business preferred
  • Worked with OEM-Tier 1,background with exposure and experience in introducing new products and securing new customers
  • 14-20 years experience in the sales of Electronics parts/components.
  • Demonstrable business acumen and ability to understand customer needs
  • Having Knowledge on Relay and Contactor will be added advantage

Exposure to Matrix reporting.

  • Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
