Educational Background: B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc./ B.Sc. in Chemistry o Additional qualifications in Marketing / Business Management would be advantageous • Technical & Commercial Acumen: o Strong understanding of chemical and petrochemical product applications in diverse industries. o Ability to communicate technical aspects effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel. • Proven Sales & Marketing Expertise: o Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing and sales within the chemicals & petrochemicals sector. o Demonstrated success in business development and key account management. o Experience in negotiating and closing high-value deals. • Industry Knowledge & Network: o Existing network within the targeted industries and companies would be an added advantage. o Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements within the chemical sector.
