Role & responsibilities

Regional Sales Manager (Ludhiana)

Preferred candidate profile

Develop and execute OEM sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify, engage, and secure new OEM customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing OEM partners to ensure repeat business.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitors offerings and differentiate our solutions in the market.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management:
  • Lead pricing negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Draft and manage OEM agreements and service-level contracts.
  • Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Build and mentor an OEM sales team.
  • Work closely with product development to align offerings with market demands.
