Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  OEM business development

  in Architectural Hardware and Building Material segments.
• Generate new OEM clients and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Coordinate with the

  production and quality teams

  to meet client requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business forecasting.
• Visit OEM clients, architects, and distributors for product promotion.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in

  OEM sales / B2B marketing

  in

  Architectural Hardware, Fittings, or Sanitaryware

  industry.
• Strong understanding of

  hardware manufacturing processes and finishes.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
• Minimum

  2 years

  of relevant industry experience.

  BIS registration, license renewals, and documentation

  for all hardware products.
• Coordinate with the production team for product testing, certification, and compliance.
• Upload, manage, and track applications on the

  BIS portal

• Maintain communication with BIS officials and testing labs.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and compliance records.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of

  hardware product manufacturing and testing standards.

• Experience in handling

  BIS online portal

  for certification and approvals.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online portals.
• Minimum

  24 years

  of experience in BIS or QA/QC department.
