Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Odoo/ERPNext Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for end-to-end ERP implementation, customization, and support. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring ERP modules (such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, HR, Finance), developing custom solutions, and ensuring smooth adoption across client organizations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver scalable, business-aligned ERP solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements to design ERP workflows.
• Implement and configure Odoo/ERPNext modules (Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).
• Customize modules, reports, and dashboards as per client needs.
• Integrate ERP with

  MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)

  and other third-party applications.
• Collaborate with IoT/Shopfloor data sources for real-time production tracking.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Work with developers, testers, and business analysts to deliver ERP projects within timelines.
• Stay updated with ERPNext/Odoo ecosystem developments and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience

  in Odoo/ERPNext implementation and customization.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows across Manufacturing, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Sales.
• Hands-on experience with Python (for Odoo) or Frappe Framework (for ERPNext).
• Exposure to

  MES integration, shop-floor data exchange, or ISA-95/OPC-UA standards

  is required.
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, and customization tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in teams.
• Good communication skills for client interaction and training delivery.
