Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Odoo Presales Consultant to support our sales and business development teams in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding client requirements, designing Odoo-based solutions, delivering product demonstrations, and supporting proposal and bid management activities. This role bridges business needs and technical capabilities to drive successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales cycle by providing functional and solution-level expertise on Odoo ERP.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements.
  • Conduct Odoo product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts tailored to client needs.
  • Map customer requirements to Odoo standard modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.
  • Prepare presales documentation including solution proposals, scope of work, estimations, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with sales, functional, and technical teams to design optimal and scalable solutions.
  • Assist in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
  • Provide high-level effort estimation, implementation approach, and timelines.
  • Support pricing strategy and value proposition articulation.

Functional & Technical Knowledge

  • Strong functional understanding of Odoo ERP modules and business workflows.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of Odoo integrations, APIs, and customization capabilities.
  • Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and QWeb reporting concepts.
  • Knowledge of ERP best practices, implementation methodologies, and business process re-engineering.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as a trusted solution advisor during client interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Support channel partners and alliances where applicable.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover post-deal closure.
