Job Title: Odoo Functional Consultant

Location: Hyderabad (Work from office for the first 6 months; hybrid options can be discussed later)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with 5–7 years of relevant implementation experience in the Finance and Inventory modules. The ideal candidate should have worked in multi-subsidiary and multi-currency environments, possess strong communication skills, and have proven experience working with international clients.

The role involves closely collaborating with the Sales team to support solution demonstrations and act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You will lead end-to-end implementations and work with clients across Manufacturing, Retail, and Services industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Odoo implementations – requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, Go-Live, and support.
  • Work on Finance and Inventory modules, with deep expertise in multi-subsidiary and multi-currency setups.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to provide pre-sales support, including solution demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Perform business process analysis and recommend scalable Odoo solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation – BRDs, SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide timely updates.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Provide end-user training and ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants, and coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of Odoo functional implementation experience.
  • Strong functional expertise in Finance and Inventory, including multi-subsidiary and multi-currency operations.
  • Hands-on experience in projects for Manufacturing, Retail, and Services industries.
  • Proven track record working with international clients.
  • Ability to work closely with Sales teams to deliver solution demos and support pre-sales activities.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills; able to manage projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field (Odoo certification is a plus).
  • Flexibility to work in UK time zone.

Pay: ₹462,752.47 - ₹1,630,263.71 per year
