Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Analyse, design, and configure Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Manufacturing, etc.)
Conduct gap analysis and suggest best practices to optimize processes.
Provide demonstrations, training, and support to end-users.
Prepare documentation including workflows, process maps, and user manuals.
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and development needs.
Perform system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensure smooth Go-Live.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
Stay updated on new Odoo releases and features to suggest improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and workflows.
Ability to analyze business processes and map them to Odoo functionality.
Good communication and client-facing skills.
Problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or technical aspects of Odoo (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in ERP implementation projects is a plus.
2- 6 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Consultant.
