About the Role
Inexoft Technologies is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Odoo Functional Consultant with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Odoo ERP, as well as handling Tally ERP (Tally Prime) and applying core accounting concepts for clients. This role requires strong ERP knowledge, accounting workflows understanding, and hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Odoo functional modules (Sales, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Provide functional support for Tally ERP (Tally Prime), focusing on accounting, GST, TDS, and basic inventory management.
• Apply accounting principles: journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, profit & loss, and balance sheet preparation.
• Assist with ERP configurations, testing, and deployment.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation.
• Stay updated on ERP trends, Odoo & Tally features, and compliance/taxation changes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Odoo functional consulting, ERP support, or accounting.
• Practical experience with Tally ERP (Tally Prime), including GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
• Strong communication skills to explain ERP/accounting concepts to clients.
• Understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Exposure to ERP implementation is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in functional consulting or ERP support (1–2 years).
• Tally certification or practical accounting background preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
