Utilise resources and use formal processes and tools to handle resources, budgets, risks and changes. Ensure deliverables meet requirements, internal and external collaborators are satisfied and it meets the project plan s obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes Drive programs of work to deliver new implementations, configuration and development of improvements and service releases. Maintain an accurate project schedule with breakthroughs and contingency buffers. Identify project results and supervise them through to acceptance by the customer. Ensure risks are identified and recorded with mitigating actions agreed. Supervise the forecasted and actual hours/budget for a project delivery, manage any deviations and supervise progress and tracking based on budget constraints. Control meetings by setting out clear agendas and maintaining records of decisions and action points. Request resources and maintains resource timelines, update forecasting against allocations. We expect you to have: At least 5 years in a Technology Project Management role. Experience in Financial Services e.g. Fintech provider, exchange, bank, broker, or financial institution Experience managing technology projects consisting of infrastructure, systems, and applications. Broad knowledge of capital markets and trading system. Excellent analytical and organisational skills Strong customer facing / engagement skills Establish relationships that develop trust and encourage confidence. A highly collaborative working style Education Required: Degree qualified in Computer Science, business administration or related subject area with proven project management delivery.
