Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules for CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs (e.g., payment gateways, AWS services, SMS/email platforms).
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications and data models.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Diagnose and resolve bugs or performance issues in existing Odoo modules.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and end users to improve user experience and workflows.
• Write server-side logic using Python and manage Odoo's XML/QWeb front end for views and reports.
• Support data migrations, backup/restore operations, and version upgrades.
• Ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to best practices.
• Work with Git for version control and CI/CD tools (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in

  Odoo development

  (v13 or higher).
• Strong proficiency in

  Python

  ,

  PostgreSQL

  , and

  Odoo ORM

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Odoo's core modules

  and building custom modules.
• Proficient in

  QWeb/XML

  , HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic level).
• Experience with

  Odoo REST API

  or XML-RPC integrations.
• Familiarity with deployment and hosting (Linux, Docker, Nginx, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with changing priorities.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with

  Odoo.sh

  ,

  AWS

  , or

  Kubernetes-based deployments

  (e.g., ECS, EKS).
• Knowledge of

  OCA community modules

  .
• Exposure to DevOps tools and automated testing in Odoo.
• Contribution to the open-source Odoo community.
