Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Odoo Application Consultant with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our growing ERP team. As an Odoo Application Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, customization, and support of Odoo ERP solutions, ensuring smooth alignment with our clients’ business processes and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Odoo ERP modules based on client requirements.
• Customize and extend Odoo functionalities to meet specific business needs.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Odoo applications.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare detailed system documentation and user manuals.
• Test new functionalities, upgrades, and integrations to ensure reliable system performance.
• Coordinate with the development team to ensure seamless technical implementation and module enhancements.
• Ensure continuous improvement in ERP usage and support clients in adopting best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Odoo functional consulting or ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM.
• Experience in configuring Odoo modules and managing workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.

Preferred Skills

• Odoo certification or experience across multiple Odoo versions.
• Basic understanding of Python, Odoo Studio, or XML for customizations.
• Experience in end-to-end Odoo implementation projects.
• Familiarity with database management and API integrations.
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or service-based industries is an added advantage.
