Handle customer queries regarding shipment tracking, documentation, and delays. Coordinate LC negotiation with banks and documentation for payment realization. 5. Record Keeping & Reporting Maintain updated records of all export/import transactions and documentation. Generate MIS reports on shipment status, cost analysis, and delivery performance. Support internal and statutory audits. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate in Commerce/Business; Diploma in Export-Import Management preferred. Experience: 37 years in export/import operations and documentation in a manufacturing or trading company. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, email, and ERP systems. Familiarity with ICEGATE, DGFT portals, and shipping line portals. Soft Skills: Attention to detail and organizational skills. Communication and coordination abilities. Problem-solving in time-sensitive shipping matters.
