Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify potential clients (importers/exporters, manufacturers, retailers, etc.) Research target markets, industries, and shipping lanes Cold calling, attending trade shows, and networking to find leads Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to clients logistics needs 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Act as the liaison between clients and internal operations teams Provide logistics consultation and custom freight solutions 3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement Set sales targets and develop plans to meet them Negotiate rates and contracts with customers Analyze competition and market trends to refine sales tactics 4.
