Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or

exceeding targets.

* Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills.

* CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

* Leadership (for Managerial Roles): Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivateRole & responsibilities
