Be encouraged to establish inventory strategies to deliver service goals while ensuring the capacity plans are developed to support the client forecast. You will be accountable for understanding the supply chain and demand planning business drivers, the key interpersonal structure of the operations team, and drive performance improvement as you handle capacity planning and various logistics projects. Responsibilities :- Perform high level risk assessment for the products which the business is planning to discontinue. Conduct analysis of KPI's and provide insights to drive decision-making. Work on continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure standardized processes. Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Maintain well-defined working relationships and communications with manufacturing and key suppliers. Responsible for inventory management, inventory location replenishment, SKU planning, risk assessment, and mitigation planning. Build planning processes for project improvements. Support new product introduction in conjunction with sales. Lead inventory variances (Quarterly and yearly) Initiate product listing/delisting/withdrawal in conjunction with Marketing.
