Role Summary

We are seeking seasoned professionals at Level 5 (Associate Director) with 20-25 years of experience in delivery and program management. The role requires proven success in managing large-scale, multi-technology programs, with a strong focus on recovering, stabilizing, and realigning troubled projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in governance re-establishment, stakeholder trust rebuilding, financial realignment, and delivery turnaround, while ensuring minimal impact on cost, schedule, and scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery recovery efforts, including issue identification, impact assessment, recovery solutioning, and turnaround execution.
• Establish and enforce delivery governance frameworks (TDLC, Agile, SAFe), ensuring milestone adherence and process compliance.
• Re-baseline delivery plans, proactively manage risks/issues, and realign commitments with client expectations to restore program health.
• Monitor and enhance Delivery Experience (DEX), reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and drive quality improvement through measurable KPIs.
• Build trust with stakeholders through structured governance, communications, and executive updates (Steering Committees, status reviews, executive connects).
• Track and analyze financial/quality metrics (SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margins, budget compliance). Lead commercial resets and EAC recovery initiatives.
• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to address technical and program challenges across cross-functional teams.
• Define/manage contract deliverables, including financial constructs, liability clauses, dependencies, and entry/exit criteria.
• Drive delivery excellence via Agile methodologies, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality frameworks.
• Mentor, coach, and develop high-performing delivery teams. Oversee workforce planning, readiness tracking, onboarding, and skills alignment.
• Deliver thought leadership, reusable assets, and program recovery playbooks.
• Manage AMS End-to-End Recovery engagements.
• Contribute to platform design validations and realignment strategies where required.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 20-25 years of program and delivery management experience.
• Proven track record in program recovery and turnaround of troubled projects.
• Deep expertise in governance frameworks, Agile/SAFe delivery models, and multi-technology program execution.
• Experience with at least one enterprise platform: SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9 Solutions, or similar supply chain platforms.
• Strong cross-industry exposure (Health, Products, Communications, Media, Technology, Resources, Utilities, Financial Services, Life Sciences).
• Proficiency in one or more domains: Finance, HR, Supply Chain Management, Customer Experience.
• Strong understanding of contract structures, commercial management, and cost optimization strategies.

Educational Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education.
• Nice-to-Have
• Experience with GenAI technologies.
• AMS end-to-end recovery experience.
• Relevant platform certifications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9, Supply Chain).
• Delivered thought leadership and reusable delivery knowledge bases.
• Exposure to complex platform design validation and pivot decisions.

Certifications

• PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management certification.
• Optional: Enterprise platform certifications.
