Role Overview: As a skilled and experienced Food Industry Trainer in Pune, your role will involve developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on food safety, nutrition, and industry trends. Your main responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Developing and delivering customized training programs focused on food safety, nutrition, and industry trends. - Conducting interactive workshops, seminars, and training sessions for existing employees and new joiners at various levels. - Ensuring that training programs meet industry standards and comply with food safety regulations. - Keeping updated on the latest developments in the food industry and incorporating relevant trends into training programs. - Engaging with diverse audiences to create an inclusive, dynamic learning environment. - Assessing participant understanding and providing feedback to enhance skills and knowledge. - Supporting the creation of training manuals, presentations, and digital content as required. - Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of training programs and suggesting improvements.
