Role Summary

You will play a key role in bringing Ruby Rotis wellness message to life by engaging directly with consumers.

This role blends nutritional education with field activation experience — ideal for students or graduates passionate about health, nutrition, and public outreach.

You will support sampling events, educate consumers about product benefits, and strengthen Ruby Roti’s credibility through authentic, knowledge-based interactions.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct live sampling and education sessions at morning parks, gated communities, and partner stores (Q-Mart, Food Stories, Yellolife).
• Explain Ruby Roti’s low-GI benefits, nutrition profile, and the “Meals with Purpose” story.
• Encourage 10-pack purchases and collect lead data.
• Maintain display hygiene — gazebo setup, standees, sampling trays, proper waste disposal.
• Interact with consumers in a friendly and educational manner with strong product knowledge.
• Capture feedback, objections, testimonials, and submit daily summaries with photos.
• Achieve assigned sampling and sales targets.
• Manage cash/digital collections and daily reconciliations.
• Attend all product and communication training sessions.
• Maintain brand presentation and hygiene standards.
• Represent Ruby Roti professionally at all times.
• 6-day work week — Sunday working, Wednesday weekly off.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Energetic, confident, and well-presented — ideally female — comfortable engaging with diverse public audiences.
• Outgoing, people-oriented, and able to build meaningful rapport.
• Strong communication skills in English + Telugu/Hindi.
• Good situational awareness; calm under pressure; handles queries tactfully.
• Organized and detail-focused, especially in recording customer interactions.
• Comfortable using digital tools (QR codes, payment apps, basic Excel).
• Passionate about health, fitness, and nutrition with belief in the brand’s mission.
• Flexible with early-morning sessions and weekend activations (weekday comp-off).
• Reliable, professional, and credible in brand representation.
• Motivated, eager to learn, and open to evolving responsibilities.
• Comfortable with Excel for data entry.
• Able to follow up with customers through calls.
