is seeking a
Clinical Compliance Specialist
to join our clinical operations team.
- Updating and ensuring the accuracy of patient health records by adding new information about diagnoses, procedures, medications, and other relevant data by listening the recorded patient calls.
- Clinical Screening - Conduct clinical screenings to determine CCM eligibility,
- Utilize the EHR to document screening findings and eligibility status.
- Collaborate with care coordination teams to transition eligible patients into the CCM program
- Stay updated on medical terminology, procedures, and treatment protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency in transcriptions
- Reviewing medical records to ensure they are complete and accurate.
- Diagnosing medical conditions based on symptoms presented in the medical record.
- Performing administrative tasks such as typing reports and maintaining databases.
Skills And Experience
- Post graduate(Nursing) mandatory
- 5-10 Years over all experience( Registered nurse experience: 5 years)
- 2 Years clinical experience ( Bed side)
- Experience of US Health care systems is a mandatory requirement.
- Experience in Hospital Management System or Hospital Information System experience.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in handling sensitive patient information.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of patient information by adhering to HIPAA regulations and privacy policies.
- Excellent English professional writing skills; including advanced proficiency in grammar and spelling.
- Excellent communication & listening skills
- Ability to understand diverse accents and dialects of physicians, their staff and patients.
- Familiarity with medical terminologies & medical summarization.
- Ability to work independently in a secure and private location with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to participate in live video chat and screen sharing sessions for training.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 or other cloud-based productivity tools.
Work Schedule & Location:
- This role is completely remote.
- Shift timings 5:30 pm - 2:00 am (US Shift)/ 3 pm - 12 a.m.
- Ability to work on weekends if required (comp-off on weekdays)
