KRA – NPD (New Product Development) ExecutiveKey Responsibility Areas (KRA)1. Product Research & Development

• I develop new cosmetic and personal care products as per brand vision and market requirements.

• I conduct literature studies, ingredient research, and market analysis for upcoming launches.

• I benchmark competitor products to study performance, pricing, and concept direction.

2. Vendor Development & Coordination

• I identify, evaluate, and develop vendors for raw materials and packaging materials.

• I coordinate vendor meetings, sampling, audits, and visit factories when needed.

• I ensure that all vendors meet the required quality and commercial standards.

3. Sampling, Trials & Quality Evaluation

• I arrange, track, and monitor formulation samples and packaging samples.

• I conduct QC checks, maintain evaluation records, and share results for decision-making.

• I coordinate stability studies and ensure product readiness for scale-up and production.

4. Costing & Commercial Support

• I prepare product costing sheets with RM/PM breakup and submit for approvals.

• I raise purchase orders and follow up on invoices with the finance team.

• I support cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality.

5. Packaging Development & Artwork Coordination

• I check legal metrology (LM) requirements for FMCG cosmetic products.

• I work with graphics/content teams to finalize product artworks.

• I verify product claims, usage instructions, ingredient lists, and mandatory legal information.

6. Regulatory & Technical Documentation

• I maintain product dossiers, technical sheets, certifications, and approvals.

• I ensure all regulatory documents are accurate, updated, and audit-ready.

7. Production & Launch Coordination

• I monitor the progress of production batches and track timelines closely.

• I coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturing units for smooth product execution.

• I support the team until final product launch and market readiness.

Qualification RequiredB.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
