Drawing Preparation and Product Development

1.1 Drawing Creation

- Create detailed and accurate product drawings based on customer inquiries and specifications, ensuring all dimensions, materials, and processes are clearly defined.

- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure drawings are practical and manufacturable without errors.

- Provide job workers and production teams with clear instructions and explanations regarding the drawings.

1.2 Product Development

- Assist in the development of new products, ensuring designs align with customer needs and quality standards.

- Coordinate with production teams to convert drawings into finished products, addressing any challenges during the production process.

2. Supplier Search and Evaluation

2.1 Local and National Supplier Search

- Actively identify and evaluate suppliers within the local industry and across India for required materials and components.

- Visit supplier facilities to assess their production capabilities, review sample materials, and analyze their potential for meeting company needs.

2.2 Supplier Comparison

- Compare suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines, selecting the most reliable options.

- Negotiate favorable pricing and delivery terms without compromising on quality.

2.3 Supplier Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.

- Ensure existing suppliers strictly adhere to agreed delivery timelines and maintain the required quality standards.

3. Production Planning and Monitoring

3.1 Job Worker Coordination

- Assign production tasks to job workers, ensuring they fully understand the product requirements and quality standards.

- Provide detailed guidance and support to job workers on adhering to drawings and maintaining high production quality.

- Regularly visit job worker sites to monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide solutions to maintain production schedules.

3.2 Verify Production Progress

- Inspect production stages to confirm alignment with approved drawings and specifications.

- Provide feedback and corrective actions for any deviations or quality issues.

- Keep detailed records of production progress and report daily, weekly, and monthly updates to management.

4. Machinery, Tools, and Die Management

4.1 Record Keeping

- Maintain accurate and updated records of all company-provided automatic machines, second operation machines, tools, and dies used by suppliers.

- Regularly update records to reflect any changes, such as repairs, transfers, or replacements, and ensure accessibility for reference.

- Ensure all company-owned equipment is exclusively used for the production of the company’s products and not for other purposes.

4.2 Usage Monitoring

- Conduct periodic inspections to verify that machinery, tools, and dies are being used appropriately and efficiently for company projects.

- Take immediate action in case of misuse or unauthorized utilization of company equipment.

5. Quality Assurance

5.1 Supplier Quality Checks

- Conduct regular quality checks on materials supplied by vendors to ensure compliance with company standards.

- Address and resolve any discrepancies in quality with suppliers promptly.

5.2 Product Quality

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications, company standards, and approved drawings.

- Coordinate with production teams to rectify any defects or errors in the final product.

6*. Reporting and Process Improvement*

6.1 Cost and Quality Reporting

- Provide detailed reports on supplier costs, production quality, and delivery performance to management for informed decision-making.

- Recommend improvements in supplier selection, sourcing strategies, and cost-saving initiatives.

6.2 Process Optimization

Analyze and implement process improvements in supplier operations and production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
