Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an NPD (New Product Development) Engineer located in Delhi. The NPD Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the development of new packaging products. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the design team, evaluating and improving existing packaging designs, ensuring the manufacturability of new designs, and working closely with the manufacturing team to bring new products to market. The role also involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and staying updated with the latest developments in packaging technologies.

• Experience in product design and development, with a focus on packaging
• Skills in project management and coordination
• Strong technical skills in manufacturing processes and technologies
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging Technology, or related field
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
