Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via

    email, chat, or internal CRM tools

    (no voice support).
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Update customer records and maintain documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution where required.
  • Ensure confidentiality of client/customer information at all times.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets consistently.

  • Excellent
