What you will do

• Run full-cycle hiring for assigned roles, from intake meeting to offer roll-out
• Write clear, simple JDs that reflect the real work and bar for each role
• Plan sourcing channels and keep a healthy pipeline across all open roles

• Use LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals and your own network
• Run outreach that feels personal, not copy-pasted
• Track which sources work best by role and adjust your effort accordingly

• Run structured intake calls to understand goals, team context, role success, and must-haves
• Share regular updates on pipeline, market realities, and risks
• Act as a thought partner on the interview process, assessment steps and bar

• Ensure smooth scheduling and timely communication at every step
• Prepare candidates for key rounds so they know what is expected
• Close the loop with clear feedback, even when it is a no

• Track time to hire, offer to join, source quality and drop off reasons
• Flag red zones early if a role is moving slowly or quality is low
• Suggest simple fixes based on numbers and patterns, not guesses

• Work with People and Brand teams to highlight sales, marketing, CS and other success stories
• Bring ideas for content, events or simple campaigns that pull better inbound for key roles

What you bring

• 3-6 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years hiring for non-tech roles in a product or SaaS company
• Strong track record in hiring for sales, customer success, marketing or similar roles in B2B setups
• Ability to understand role context, talk about targets, funnels and business impact with candidates
• High-speed working style with clean follow-ups, structured notes and good time management
• Comfort handling multiple roles and stakeholders in parallel without dropping quality
• Clear written and spoken communication skills
