Role Overview: As the HR Recruitment Manager for the company, your primary responsibility will be to manage HR processes and oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions. This involves ensuring that all recruitment activities align with the company's recruitment policy, negotiating salary terms with selected candidates, and maintaining effective communication with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage HR processes and handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions - Ensure alignment of recruitment activities with company policy - Negotiate salary terms with selected candidates - Maintain effective communication with candidates, clients, and stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and IT recruitment - Strong sourcing skills for technical resumes on job portals and social media - Good understanding of technical terminology and ability to conduct thorough candidate research - Proficiency in keyword and Boolean search techniques - Excellent communication skills, commitment, self-motivation, and ability to work independently The company offers a compensation package with an excellent salary and attractive incentives, suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers. Educational qualifications such as B.E, B.Tech, MBA (HR), or equivalent degree are preferred for this role. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, located on-site.
