IT Recruiter

You will be responsible for managing HR processes within the company, as well as handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions. Your duties will include ensuring that all recruitment activities align with the company's recruitment policy, negotiating salary terms with selected candidates, and maintaining effective communication with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders. Ideally, you should possess at least 1 year of experience in HR and IT recruitment. Strong sourcing skills for technical resumes across various job portals and social media platforms are essential. A good understanding of technical terminology and the ability to conduct thorough research to identify suitable candidates is required. Proficiency in keyword and Boolean search techniques is highly valued. Excellent communication skills, commitment, self-motivation, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision are crucial attributes for this role. The preferred educational qualifications for this position are a B.E, B.Tech, MBA (HR), or an equivalent degree. The compensation package includes an excellent salary along with attractive incentives. This is a full-time position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers.
