Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Recruiter with 34 years of experience in IT services and consulting environments. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for client-driven requirements, working closely with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for service-based and consulting projects
  
• Work closely with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand client requirements and skill expectations
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews for technical, behavioral, and role fit
  
• Coordinate and schedule technical and client interviews
  
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and pre-joining follow-ups
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche skill requirements
  
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and timelines
  
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience in an IT services or consulting company
  
• Strong exposure to lateral hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, QA, ERP, etc.
  
• Good understanding of billing, client-driven hiring, and closure timelines
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
  
• Proficient in job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on contract-to-hire or project-based hiring
  
• Exposure to client interview coordination
  
• Understanding of offer structuring and joining formalities
