Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for

  technical roles

  across levels.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social platforms, and internal databases.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring great communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and hiring expectations.
• Drive negotiations related to salary, notice period, and offer terms.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure real-time updates to staffing partners and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for niche and emerging tech skill sets.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring processes and documentation standards.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and uphold Tavants employer brand.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience

  in

  technical recruitment

  (IT skills, product/engineering hiring preferred).
• Strong understanding of sourcing methodsNaukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping.
• Experience interacting with

  stakeholders, hiring managers, and delivery leads

  .
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close candidates effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
