IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Networking:

  Proactively hunt for niche technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and various job portals (Naukri, ).

• Technical Screening:

  Conduct initial phone/video screens to evaluate candidates technical proficiency, communication skills, and cultural fit.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Partner with Hiring Managers to understand specific project requirements and define "must-have" vs. "nice-to-have" skills.

• Pipeline Management:

  Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles like Software Developers, QA Engineers, and Data Scientists.

• Interview Coordination:

  Manage the end-to-end interview schedule, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both the candidate and the internal interview panel.

• Offer Negotiation:

  Assist in salary benchmarking and participate in offer negotiations, ensuring high acceptance rates and alignment with company budgets.

• Reporting:

  Regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly reports on hiring metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).

• Technical Literacy:

  Ability to understand and explain technical requirements for various IT roles (e.g., Fullstack, DevOps, AI/ML, Cybersecurity).

• Sourcing Expertise:

  Proficient in Boolean search strings and social media recruiting.

• Communication:

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with high-level technical talent.
