Description

We are seeking a skilled Non-IT Recruiter with 2-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates across various non-technical domains. The role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates skills and fit for the role
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and statuses
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT sectors
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Strong understanding of various job roles and functions across different industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates qualifications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies and tools
• Negotiation skills to manage offers and counter-offers
