Description We are seeking a skilled Non-IT Recruiter with 2-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates across various non-technical domains. The role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Responsibilities Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates skills and fit for the role Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and statuses Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT sectors Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Strong understanding of various job roles and functions across different industries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies and tools Negotiation skills to manage offers and counter-offers
