Non-IT Recruiter

Role Overview: As an experienced recruiter in the India Staffing industry, you will be responsible for end-to-end non-IT recruitment with a focus on BFSI. Your main focus will be on handling requirements from clients across different domains within the India Staffing industry. You will be recruiting for a variety of technology and non-technical/functional roles, including both Contract to Hire and Permanent positions. Utilizing Keywords and Boolean Search techniques to source and screen candidates through resume sourcing platforms, social media, and other channels will be crucial. Additionally, engaging with candidates effectively and demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills will be key in this role.
