Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Non-IT Recruiter, based in Ghaziabad. The role involves managing full-life cycle recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet organizational needs. The Non-IT Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, build recruitment strategies, and conduct interviews. This role also requires coordinating recruitment efforts, utilizing applicant tracking systems, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, with experience in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring processes, focusing on meeting business talent needs effectively
• Ability to manage non-technical roles with a focus on building scalable hiring solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
• Proven experience in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple open positions, ensuring timely hiring
• Recruitment experience in industries outside of IT is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
