Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified candidates for open positions through a variety of channels, such as online job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates for each position.
• Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare interview materials and answer candidate questions about the company and the position.
• Evaluate candidates' skills and experience to determine if they are a good fit for the position and the company culture.
• Extend and negotiate offers to accepted candidates.
• Onboard new hires and ensure they have a positive experience.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics, such as time to hire and cost per hire.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest recruiting trends and best practices.
• Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to time

Skills & Qualification

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
