What You Bring:

58 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with expertise in
finance/taxation hiring
.
Prior exposure to
US Tax roles
(e.g., 1040, 1065, 1120) and/or international client engagements.
Experience hiring for Big 4, shared services, or global capability centers preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and data-driven approach to recruiting.
