You will play a key role in building their India-based team supporting US Taxation processes by hiring top-tier CA and CPA talent . Your Role at Zinnov: As a recruiter aligned to this client engagement, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of qualified professionals (CA/CPA) in India to support US-based tax operations. This includes sourcing, stakeholder management, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience all while being part of Zinnovs high-performance recruitment engine. Strong stakeholder management and data-driven approach to recruiting.
