Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    for BFSI and other non-IT roles across industries.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Work closely with clients to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience:

    1 to 4 years in

    Non-IT / BFSI recruitment

    .
  • Must have

    consultancy background

    (experience working for clients).
  • Good knowledge of sourcing through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be currently

    residing in Hyderabad

    (mandatory).
  • Should be available for

    face-to-face interviews (2 rounds)

  • Immediate joiners only
