Role Overview We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong experience in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC to join our growing development team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad or GIFT City, Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of web applications that are high-performing, scalable, and secure. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps to ensure the successful and timely delivery of software solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC frameworks Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code following SOLID principles and industry best practices Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality across the team Collaborate with product managers, architects, and UI/UX teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness Work closely with QA to support test planning, bug fixing, and deployment activities Troubleshoot and debug applications in development and production environments Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes Document application components and development procedures Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 4+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC application development Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns Proficiency in C#, LINQ, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs, and MVC architecture Experience in working with SQL Server or other relational databases Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end integration Knowledge of secure coding practices and application performance optimization Experience with version control systems such as Git Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment Preferred Skills (Nice To Have) Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS Familiarity with microservices architecture Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
