Role Overview: As a New Product Development Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to support the further development of manufacturing process flow, from enquiry to job completion. You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineers to assist in process development and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be involved in product and process costing, feasibility checks, engineering change management, and participate in learning and development activities to enhance personal effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Support the development of manufacturing process flow from enquiry to job completion - Assist Manufacturing Engineers in process development and continuous improvement - Handle product and process costing, feasibility checks, and engineering change management - Collaborate with team members on the production floor when necessary - Participate in learning and development activities to enhance personal effectiveness - Undertake any other duties as required to meet the changing needs of the organization - Manage APQP, PPAP, and FMEA development effectively Qualifications Required: - B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, Aerospace Engineering, or Production Engineering - 0-1 years of experience in the Automobile, Aerospace, or Mechanical Industry - Quick learner with creative thinking abilities - Ability to handle multiple job responsibilities and work under pressure - Strong prioritization skills and high attention to detail - Self-motivated and skilled problem solver - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels - Capable of representing the company in discussions with customers, suppliers, and partners - Task-oriented approach with a balance of self-initiative and delegation - Knowledge of cost reduction, scrap reduction, and forecasting - Proficiency in measuring instruments, unit conversion, and part measurement - Ability to read and understand engineering drawings - Familiarity with ISO standards and documentation Note: The job is full-time and based in Thane Wagle Estate.,
